Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) is a method that consists combining photosensitizer (PS), light source at appropriate wavelength, molecular oxygen, forming reactive oxygen species (ROS), leading death in target cell. objective this work was compare effects PDT with two chlorins, Photodithazine (PDZ) Fotoenticine (FTC), 9L/lacZ gliosarcoma cell lines. Both together an LED device 660 nm fluence 10 J/cm², were included study. It observed response therapy depends on concentration type PS used. In addition, PDZ showed higher quantum yield singlet generation than FTC.
